3gp Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 3gp platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3gp platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the 3gp platform immediately and close your account if applicable. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
The 3gp platform is intended for adult users aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance without compensation.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. Valid documents such as a Malaysian identity card or passport may be requested.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. 3gp is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the 3gp support team immediately.
- The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account for security purposes without prior notice when necessary.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 3gp user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates platform rules or applicable Malaysian law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with any third party or allowing others to access your account
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised or dishonest methods
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any criminal financial activity through the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the security systems of the 3gp platform
- Ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Comply with all betting limits and conditions set for each game or market
- Notifying 3gp of any changes to your relevant personal information
- Using the platform responsibly in accordance with responsible gambling guidelines
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3gp platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimately theirs and not derived from any unlawful activity.
- Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account upon verification by the payment system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 3gp is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
- Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the account and selected method.
- Bonus Terms: Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account is subject to specific wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Full terms for each promotion are stated in the respective promotion's specific terms.
- Transaction Freeze: 3gp reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms while an investigation is carried out.
Limitation of Liability
The 3gp platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 3gp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
- Betting or gaming decisions made by users based on inaccurate information or misunderstanding
- Processing delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or payment operators
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
3gp reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
- Detection of fraud, money laundering, or promotion abuse
- Instructions from relevant authorities or a court order
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's policy
- Voluntary account closure requested by the user
If an account is closed due to a breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with the established process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 3gp platform are the exclusive property of 3gp or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without explicit written permission from 3gp.
Third-Party Links
The 3gp platform may contain links or references to third-party services. The presence of such links does not imply that 3gp endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Use of any third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
3gp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
